Can I Exchange Items if I have Received a Damaged Product?

Yes items can be exchanged, however the items must be shipped back prior to be checked.
We can also ship new CD cases.
(If the item is packaged in special package, the item can only be exchanged)

Please include your name, order number, name of item, catalog number, reason for return and if you would like to exchange the item or have the CD case shipped.
Please inform us the type of CD case. (ex. Dual Slim Case, Slim CD Single Case etc.)

Used Items can not be exchanged. Cases will be changed depending on the condition of the items. You may not receive the item with the original case.
If the item is manufactured in special cases or digi-package, the case will not be changed or exchangeable.

For overseas deliveries, because of the delivering terms and packing conditions, there might be poor product conditions occur like below;
i.e. damage on corners and dents.

- LP records
- Box Set products
- Digi-pack products.
- Product cases. i.e. Plastic cases/jewel cases of CD / DVD / Blu-ray / Game
- Vinyl outer bag / Shrink vinyl

Unless if the above items could not play by defects, we will not accept exchange or refund in this matter.
